BATH AND NORTH EAST SOMERSET COUNCIL

(THTSC896 PULTENEY GROVE, WIDCOMBE, BATH - PLAYING OUT SESSIONS)

 (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2024

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Pulteney Grove, Widcombe, Bath from its junction with Pulteney Gardens extending south for its entire length to the end of the cul-de-sac. Access will be maintained for residents at all times.

The order is required to prevent obstruction during Playing Out sessions in Pulteney Grove, Widcombe, Bath on the following dates and times:

• Sunday 26^th May 2024 (14:00 – 17:00hrs)    
• Sunday 23^rd June 2024 (14:00 – 17:00hrs)    
• Sunday 28^th July 2024 (14:00 – 17:00hrs)    
• Sunday 25^th August 2024 (14:00 – 17:00hrs)    
• Sunday 22^nd September 2024 (14:00 – 17:00hrs)    
• Sunday 27^th October 2024 (14:00 – 17:00hrs)
