(BATH ROAD / CHURCH ROAD, PEASEDOWN ST JOHN)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2023

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 has made an order to the effect of which will be to close temporarily to vehicles that length of Bath Road, Peasedown St John which extends from its junction with Church Road to its junction with Belle Vue Close, and that length of Church Road which extends from its junction with Bath Road for a distance of approximately 275 metres in a north westerly direction to the church.

This order is required in order to prevent obstruction during the Remembrance Day Parades and will be operative on Sunday 12^th November 2023.  The closures will each be for approximately 20 minutes and are scheduled to start at 10:00am until 10:30am and 12:00pm until 12:30pm.
