(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2022

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 has made an order in the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Devonshire Buildings, Bear Flat, Bath from the point outside property number 22 extending to its junction with Chaucer Road.  

The order is required to prevent obstruction during a Street Party to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in Devonshire Buildings, Bear Flat, Bath on the 4^th June 23:59 – 6^th June 09:30.
