(TEMPORARY NO WAITING AT ANY TIME RESTRICTION) ORDER 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to:

Temporarily introduce No Waiting at Any Time Markings in Greenway Lane, Bath from a point outside of property no. 79 extending to the point outside property no. 89.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road consequent upon construction works and as a result the temporary parking restriction are proposed as hoarding is required around property No. 76. This Order will be operative from the 8^th November 2021 for a maximum period of eighteen months. However, the restrictions may not be effected for the whole of the period, but it is anticipated that the road will be restricted as and when traffic signs and markings are in position and only for so long as is necessary to execute the works which it is anticipated will be for eighteen months.
