(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2022

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 has made an order in the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Penn Lea Road, Bath from its junction with A431 Newbridge Hill extending in a northerly direction for approximately 240 metres to the point outside property number 23.

The order is required to prevent obstruction during a Street Party to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in Penn Lea Road, Bath on the 11^th June 2022 between 12:00 – 23:59hrs.
