NOTICE is given that on 10th September 2020, the Bath and North East Somerset Council made the above order, under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which, subject to the listed exceptions, will be to temporarily prohibit parking on the The Shallows, Saltford at Any Time along both sides from a point in line with the junction with the High Street extending in a southerly direction for a distance of 330 metres, from a point 345 metres south of the junction with the High Street extending for a distance of 149 metres in a southerly direction, from a point 520 metres south of the junction with the High Street extending for a distance of 280 metres in a southerly direction and to temporarily suspend parking between 10am – 5pm along both sides of The Shallows, Saltford from a point 330 metres south of the junction with the High Street extending in a southerly direction for a distance of 15 metres for a period of 17 months and to revoke The Bath and North East Somerset (THTTC2311, The Shallows, Saltford) (Temporary Prohibition and Restriction of Parking) Order 2020.

 

The Bath and North East Somerset (THTTC2337, The Shallows, Saltford) (Temporary Prohibition and Restriction of Parking) Order 2020 will come into operation on 11th September 2020 and a copy, together with a Statement of the Council's reasons for making the order may be requested, free of charge, by contacting  01225 394041 or by email council_connect@bathnes.gov.uk.
