Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order to the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce rolling road closures in the lengths of roads listed in Schedule 1. This order is required to facilitate the Jane Austen Festival Regency Costumed Promenade on 10th September 2022 between 11:00 – 12:00hrs. Roads will only be closed for a maximum of 10-15 minutes at a time, to allow participants to promenade the route and it will only be as and when signs/marshals are in position.
