Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order the effect of which will be to;
a) Temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Milsom Street, Bath for its entire length and Green Street, Bath from 21st September 05:00 hours – 22nd September 23.59 hours.
b) Temporarily introduce no parking and no waiting at any time restrictions, including for Blue Badge holders, on the roads and lengths specified in column 1, schedule 1 of this notice.
The order is required to facilitate the holding of the Love Milsom Street Car Free Weekend and will be operative from Friday 20th – Wednesday 25th September.
