(THTTC3281 CARLINGFORD TERRACE / VALE VIEW, RADSTOCK)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2023

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order to the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of:

·  Carlingford Terrace, Radstock from a point outside property number 25 extending north west to a point outside property number 1. USRN: 47903381

·  Vale View, Radstock for its entire length. USRN: 47903363

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Wales & West Utilities to upgrade the gas mains on the 13^th November 2023 for a maximum period of 14 weeks. The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. This is anticipated to be for TEN WEEKS on Carlingford Terrace and FOUR WEEKS on Vale View.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Carlingford Terrace (remainder) – Frome Old Road – Carlingford Terrace – Vice Versa.
