Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order to the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit and road closure in that length of B3355 Hallatrow Road, Paulton from its junction with The Triangle extending to its junction with Downsway. USRN: 47920647.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road to enable Contractors to carry out construction of a new 3 arm roundabout at the junction of Halltrow Road and Oxleazeway on the 12^th June 2023 for a maximum period of 19 weeks.

• The speed restriction is anticipated to be for SEVENTEEN WEEKS between 12/06/23 – 03/10/23.
• The road closure is anticipated to be for EIGHT NIGHTS between 11/09/23 – 18/09/23 from 19:00hrs until 07:00hrs.

The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works.
