(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2022

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 has made an order in the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of the B3114 Bristol Road, West Harptree (East side of the triangle only) from its junction with the A368 The Street extending in a northern direction for approximately 20 metres.

The order is required to prevent obstruction during a Street Party to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in the B3114 Bristol Road, West Harptree on the 5^th June 2022 between 10:00 – 19:00hrs.
