(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2022

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 has made an order in the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Kipling Avenue, Bear Flat, Bath from its junction with Wellsway to its junction with Chaucer Road.

The order is required to prevent obstruction during a Street Party to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in Kipling Avenue, Bear Flat, Bath, on the 5^th June 2022 between 12:00 – 20:00hrs.
