(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING, WAITING AND LOADING)

 ORDER 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order to the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit parking, waiting and loading of vehicles at Terrace Walk, Bath all the spaces within the loading bay and section of yellow line from outside Bath Fish and Chips to the point outside Café Retro.

This order is required for social distancing measures amidst the Covid-19 pandemic with local businesses commencing. This Order will be operative from the 23^rd February 2021 for a maximum period of 18 months. However, the restrictions may not be effected for the whole of the period but it is anticipated that the road will be restricted as and when traffic signs and markings are in position and only for so long as is necessary which it is anticipated will be for 18 months.
