(THTSC880 FRESHFORD LANE, FRESHFORD, BATH - PLAYING OUT SESSION)

 (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES) ORDER 2024

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Freshford Lane, Freshford, Bath from its junction with High Street extending west to a point outside Freshford Cemetery. Access will be maintained for residents at all times and any buses will be guided through closure by marshals.

The order is required to prevent obstruction during the Playing Out session on Freshford Lane, Freshford, Bath on Friday 22^nd March 2024 between 14:00 – 16:00hrs
