(THTTC3247 FRANKLEY TERRACE, WALCOT, BATH)

(INTRODUCE A TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING)

ORDER 2023

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order to the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of parking to all motor vehicles. The no waiting at any time restriction will be extended from the existing point near Vineyard Cottage, Frankley Terrace, Walcot, Bath extending south for approximately 9 metres. The parking bay will be shortened by an equal amount. This is to ensure the safe access and egress to the property.

This order is required to facilitate the implementation of a residents parking scheme by Bath and North East Somerset Council on the 11^th August 2023 for a maximum period of 18 months.
