NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council has made an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in North East Outer Area, Bath:-
1.
Introduce No Parking At Any Time in lengths of St Saviour’s Road, Gloucester Road, Charlcombe Way, Claremont Road, Fair Field Park Road, Hill View Road, Valley View Road, Bay Tree Road, Bailbrook Lane, Roseland Close, Ragland Lane, Dowding Road, Larkhall and Lansdown Road, Lansdown and Trossachs Drive, Bathavon North and Chilton Road, Alpine Gardens, Walcot, Bath.
2.
Introduce a Loading Only bay in lengths of St Saviour’s Road, Larkhall, Bath.
3.
Introduce a Disabled Parking bay in lengths of Lambridge Street, Larkhall, Bath.
4.
Introduce a 2 Hour Limited Waiting / Zone 27 Permit Holder bay in lengths of Tyning Lane, Walcot, Bath.
5.
Introduce Zone 27 Permit Holder Only parking in lengths of Hanover Terrace, Upper East Hayes and Snow Hill, Walcot and Claremont Road, Larkhall, Bath.
6.
Introduce a 2 Hour Limited Waiting bay in lengths of Camden Road, Walcot, Bath.
7.
Extension of the Zone 27 boundary and reduction of the Zone 15 boundary to move property number 25 Arundel Road, Walcot, Bath into Zone 27.
8.
Introduce No Parking Between 8am – 6pm in lengths of London Road, Larkhall, Bath.
9.
Introduce No Parking At Any Time / No Loading Between Mon – Sat, 7am – 10am and 4.15pm – 6pm in lengths of London Road, Bath.

The order will come into operation on 1st May 2024. Full details of the proposal together with a map and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for making the order may be inspected at the One Stop Shops at Manvers Street, Bath, The Hollies, High Street, Midsomer Norton and at the Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham during normal office hours. Any person who desires to question the validity of, or any provision contained in the order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any of the relevant requirements of that Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, may within six weeks after the date on which the order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose. |
