NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council has made an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in Central Bath:-

 

  1. Introduce No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Queen’s Parade Place, Bath.

  2. Removal of No Parking Between Times in lengths of Queen’s Parade Place, Bath.

  3. Removal of Central Permit Holder parking bay in lengths of Queen’s Parade Place, Bath.

  4. Introduce 20 minute Coach Parking, 8am – 7pm, No Return within 1 hour in lengths of Royal Avenue, Bath.

  5. Relocate Central Permit Holder parking in lengths of Royal Avenue, Bath.

  6. Removal of Pay & Display parking in lengths of Royal Avenue, Bath.

  7. Introduce 90 minute Coach Parking, 8am – 7pm, No Return within 3 hours in lengths of Pulteney Road, Bath.

  8. Introduce 20 minute Coach Parking, 8am – 7pm, No Return within 1 hour in lengths of Pulteney Road, Bath.

  9. Removal of Zone 1 Permit Holder and Pay & Display parking in lengths of Pulteney Road, Bath.

     


The order will come into operation on 5th October 2020. Any person who desires to question the validity of, or any provision contained in the order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any of the relevant requirements of that Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, may within six weeks after the date on which the order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
