NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council has made an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in the North East Somerset Area:-

 

Introduce No Parking At Any Time in lengths of A39 and Lansdown Close, High Littleton / Cappards Road and A368, Bishop Sutton / Village Road and Dunkerton Hill, Dunkerton / Durcott Lane and Weekesley Lane, Camerton / Farrington Road and Abbotts Farm Close and Ham Lane and Brookside, Paulton / Holcombe Lane and Down Lane and Holcombe Close and Downside Close, Bathampton / Knightstone Close and Camvale and Ashgrove and Old English Way, Peasedown St John / Northend and High Street, Batheaston / Norton Lane, Whitchurch / Perrin Close and Goldney Way and Cameley Road, Temple Cloud / Pines Way and Waterloo Road and Mill Road and Frome Road, Radstock / Publow Lane, Pensford / South Road, Timsbury / Southstoke Lane, Southstoke / Trollopes Hill, Monkton Combe / Silver Street and Harford Square, Chew Magna / The Dymboro and Charlton Park and Chilcompton Road and Orchard Avenue and Pinewood Avenue and Charlton Park and High Street and The Island and Clapton Road and Hillside Avenue, Midsomer Norton. The removal of No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Catherine Way, Batheaston and Temple Inn Lane, Temple Cloud. Introduce a 3 Hour Limited Waiting Bay operating Mon – Fri between 8am – 6pm in lengths of Norton Lane, Whitchurch. Introduce a Disabled Parking Bay in lengths of South Road, Timsbury. Introduce No Parking Between 9am – 5pm, Mon – Sat in lengths of The Triangle, Chew Magna. Introduce a 2 Hour Limited Waiting Bay operating Mon – Fri between 9am – 5pm in lengths of Tunbridge Road, Chew Magna. Introduce No Loading At Any Time and a 30-minute Limited Waiting Bay Mon – Wed and Fri – Sun operating between 10am – 4pm in lengths of The Island, Midsomer Norton. Introduce No Parking between 8am – 10am and 4pm – 6pm and No Loading 10am – 4pm in lengths of The Island, Midsomer Norton.

Any person who desires to question the validity of, or any provision contained in the order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any of the relevant requirements of that Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, may within six weeks after the date on which the order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
