NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council intends to make on the 29th September 2022 seven orders under Sections 1 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Act 1984 (“The 1984 Act”) as amended and all other enabling powers of the 1984 Act, the effect of which will consolidate all existing variations of the Bath and North East Somerset parking prohibition and restriction Orders into seven new parent Orders. No new restrictions will be introduced as part of this process.

These orders will come into operation on 6th October 2022.
