NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council will not be making an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which would have introduced the following variations to restrictions in North East Outer Bath area:-

1.    

Introduce No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Beacon Road, Mount Beacon and Richmond Lane, Bath.

2.    

Introduce Permit Holders Only, operating between 8am – 6pm in lengths of Beacon Road and Mount Beacon, Bath.

3.    

Introduce No Parking Between Times in lengths of Richmond Lane, Bath.
