NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council has made an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in Keynsham & Saltford:-
1.
Introduce No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Orwell Drive, Chandag Road, St Ladoc Road, Cranmore Avenue, Bath Road, Chewton Close, Pixash Lane, Durley Hill, Manor Road, Norfolk Grove and Caernarvon Road, Keynsham and Justice Avenue, Claverton Road, and Manor Road, Saltford.
2.
Remove No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Ashmead Road, Keynsham.
3.
Introduce a Disabled Parking bays in lengths of High Street, Keynsham.
4.
Introduce 30-minute Limited Waiting, Monday – Saturday, 8am – 6pm in lengths of High Street, Keynsham.
5.
Introduce a 30-minute Goods Vehicle Loading Only Bay in lengths of High Street, Keynsham.
6.
Introduce a 15-minute Goods Vehicle Loading Only Bay in lengths of High Street, Keynsham.
7.
Introduce No Parking / No Loading At Any Time in lengths of High Street, Keynsham.
8.
Introduce a Bus Stop Clearway in lengths of High Street, Keynsham.

The order will come into operation on 1st June 2024. Any person who desires to question the validity of, or any provision contained in the order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any of the relevant requirements of that Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, may within six weeks after the date on which the order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose. |
