NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council has made an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in Central Bath:-

Introduce No Parking At Any Time in lengths of South Parade, Upper Hedgemead Road, Lansdown Road and The Circus, Bath.

Introduce a Motorcycle Bay in lengths of Catharine Place, Bath.

Introduce Central Zone Permit Holder Only bays, Mon – Sat, 8am – 7pm in lengths of Barton Street and Quiet Street, Bath.

Introduce Zone 1 Permit Holder Only bays, Mon – Sat, 8am – 7pm in lengths of Great Pulteney Street, Sunderland and William Street, Bath.

Introduce a No Stopping On School Keep Entrance Markings At Any Time in lengths of Northampton Street, Bath.

Introduce Zone 15 Permit Holder Only bays, Mon - Sat, 8am – 7pm in lengths of Upper Hedgemead Road, Bath.

Introduce No Loading / Unloading At Any Time in lengths of Broad Street and Kingsmead North Bath.

Introduce No Loading / Unloading Between Mon – Sat, 7.30 – 10am and 4pm 7pm in lengths of Sydney Place, Bath.

Introduce a Loading Only Bay, Mon – Sat, 6am – 7pm in lengths of Sutton Street, Bath.

Introduce a Loading Only Bay in lengths of Monmouth Place, Monmouth Street Bath.

Introduce No Parking Between, Mon – Sat, 8am – 6pm in lengths of Bridge Street, Bath.

Introduce a Loading Only Bay, 6am – 10am in lengths of Henry Street, Bath.
| The order will come into operation on 14th November 2019 and a copy, together with a map and a Statement of the Council's Reasons for making the order may be inspected at The One Stop Shops at Manvers Street, Bath and at the Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham during normal office hours.

| Any person who desires to question the validity of, or any provision contained in the order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any of the relevant requirements of that Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, may within six weeks after the date on which the order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
