NOTICE is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to exercise its powers conferred by section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, by the installation of a signalised Toucan Crossing in the road as specified in the Schedule to this Notice. 

A copy of the map, together with a statement of the Council’s reasons may be inspected at The One Stop Shops at 3-4 Manvers Street, Bath 3, The Hollies Midsomer Norton and at the Keynsham Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham during normal office hours.

Objections and representations with respect to the proposal, together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent by 6^th April 2023, either in writing to the Traffic Management Team at the address below, or by email to traffic_managementteam@bathnes.gov.uk.  Please quote the reference TRO 23-010.
