NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council has made an order on the 8th December 2022 under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in North West Outer Bath area:-
Introduce No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Lyme Gardens, Lyme Road and Charmouth Road, Bath.
Introduce Permit Holders Only, operating between 8am – 6pm in lengths of Lyme Gardens, Lyme Road and Charmouth Road, Bath.
Introduce Permit Holder and 30 minutes Limited Waiting, operating between 8am – 6pm in lengths of Lyme Road and Charmouth Road, Bath.
Introduce a Disabled Bay in lengths of Charmouth Road, Bath.
The order will come into operation on 20th February 2023. Full details of the proposal together with a map and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for making the order may be inspected at the One Stop Shops at Manvers Street, Bath, The Hollies, High Street, Midsomer Norton and at the Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham during normal office hours. Any person who desires to question the validity of, or any provision contained in the order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any of the relevant requirements of that Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, may within six weeks after the date on which the order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
