NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council has made an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in South West Outer Area, Bath:-

 

1.     

Introduce No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Poolemead Road, Kelston View, East Way, The Hollow, North View Close, Highland Road, Alderley Road, Mount Road, Lansdown View, Moorfields Drive, Hensley Gardens, Acacia Grove, Englishcombe Way, Englishcombe Lane, Southdown Road, Sheridan Road, Odins Road,   Bath

2.     

Introduce No Stopping On School Keep Clear Markings At Any Time in lengths of Poolemead Road, Twerton, Bath.

3.     

Introduce Disabled Parking bay in lengths of Wells Road, Widcombe, Bath.

4.     

Remove a 30 minute Limited Waiting parking bay on Mount Road, Southdown, Bath.

5.     

Remove a section of existing No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Poolemead Road, Bath.

 

The order will come into operation on 7th August 2023. Full details of the proposal together with a map and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for making the order may be inspected at the One Stop Shops at Manvers Street, Bath, The Hollies, High Street, Midsomer Norton and at the Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham during normal office hours. Any person who desires to question the validity of, or any provision contained in the order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any of the relevant requirements of that Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, may within six weeks after the date on which the order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
