Notice is hereby given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to close temporarily to pedestrians the length of Footpath BA27/16, Keynsham from O/S points E364969/N167493 to E364871/N167454, a distance of approximately 110 metres.



This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the footpath consequent upon preparation of school land for handover and will be operative from the 20th June 2016 for a maximum period of six months. However, the restrictions may not be effected for the whole of the period but it is anticipated that the footpath will be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and only for so long as is necessary to execute the works which it is anticipated will be for SIX MONTHS.
