All council payment systems will be unavailable from Wed 25 – Thu 26 May 2016

Due to an essential upgrade we won’t be able to take any payments from approximately 12 noon on Wednesday May 25 until 12 noon on Thursday May 26. This will affect the online and telephone payments systems, as well as the self-service kiosks in all One Stop Shops. We have kept the expected downtime to a minimum, however banking security policy means that some of the essential work has to happen midweek. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
