(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF USE BY VEHICLES) (TEMPORARY REVERSAL OF ONE WAY TRAFFIC) (TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF ONE WAY TRAFFIC)


(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING AND LOADING/UNLOADING) ORDER 2018


 

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce:

(a)  a road closure in Queen Street, Bath;

(b)  a temporary suspension of the one-way working of Trim Street and Harrington Place allowing vehicles to travel in both directions during the times of this restriction; and

(c)   a temporary reversal of the one- way working of Wood Street, and Barton Street, Bath.

(d)  No parking and no loading at any time restrictions, on Beauford Square, Bath for its entire length.

 

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road for construction works, by Taylor Plant LTD from 5th November 2018, for a maximum period of 3 days. The road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. This is anticipated to be for a period of 2 days.
