BATH AND NORTH EAST SOMERSET COUNCIL
NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to make an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in South East Outer Area Bath:-
1.
introduce No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Holloway, Horseshoe Walk, Lyncombe Vale Road, Old Frome Road, St Marks Road, Church Lane, Entry Rise, Entry Hill, Hansford Square, Quarry Close, Devonshire Buildings, Lynbrook Lane, Greenway Lane, Midford Road, Popes Walk, Beechen Cliff Road.
2.
Removal of Zone 2 Permit Holder Parking in lengths of Horseshoe Walk.
3.
Removal of No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Wellsway.
4.
introduce No Loading / Unloading At Any Time in lengths of Claverton Hill.
5.
Extension of Resident Parking Zone 18 boundary in lengths of Entry Hill and Wellsway.
6.
Introduce No Parking Between Monday – Saturday, 8am – 6pm in lengths of Beechen Cliff Road.
7.
Introduce 2 Hour Limited Waiting and Zone 18 Permit Holder bays in lengths of Wellsway and Old Wells Road.
Full details of the proposal are contained in the draft order, which together with a map and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for proposing to make the order may be inspected at The One Stop Shops at Manvers Street, Bath and at Keynsham Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham during normal office hours.
Objections and representations with respect to the proposal, together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent by 29th August 2019 either in writing to the Traffic Management Team at the address below, or by email to transportation@bathnes.gov.uk.
