NOTICE is given that on the 25th June 2024 to the proposal in the notice dated 23rd May 2024 the Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers conferred by section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police, is to install a Zebra Crossing in the road as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
