NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to make an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 7 of the the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 the effect of which will introduce the following variations to highway restrictions.

Provision of resident permit (Central Zone) holder parking in Milk Street (four spaces) and Kingsmead North (five spaces).
