PEDESTRIAN CROSSING – SILVER STREET, MIDSOMER NORTON
NOTICE is given that having not received any objections to the proposal in the notice dated 03rd February 2021 the Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers conferred by section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police, is to install a Toucan Crossing in the road as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
