(PROHIBITION OF MOTOR VEHICLES) ORDER 202*
NOTICE is hereby given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to make an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, the effect of which will prohibit any motor vehicles entering York street & Swallow Street, Bath as detailed in the schedule.
Full details of the proposal are contained in the draft order which, together with a map and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for proposing to make the order, may be inspected at
The One Stop Shops at 3-4 Manvers Street, Bath, The Hollies Midsomer Norton and at the Keynsham Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham during normal office hours.
Objections and representations with respect to the proposal, together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to the Traffic Management Team quoting the title of the scheme: (York Street / Swallow Street, Bath) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles) Order 202*; and the reference TRO21-002/LC at the address below by 29th July 2021.
