(VARIOUS ROADS, SOUTH WEST OUTER AREA, BATH) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF PARKING AND LOADING) (NO STOPPING ON ENTRANCE MARKINGS) (AUTHORISED AND DESIGNATED PARKING PLACES) (VARIATION No.2) (ORDER 2022)
NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council has made an order on the 8th December 2022 under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in South West Outer Bath area:-
1.
Introduce No Parking At Any Time in lengths of roads within Oldfield Park / Westmoreland, Bath.
2.
Introduce Disabled Parking bays in lengths of roads within Oldfield Park / Westmoreland, Bath.
3.
Introduce No Loading At Any Time in lengths of roads within Oldfield Park / Westmoreland, Bath.
4.
Introduce dual use Permit Holder and 3 Hour Limited Waiting parking bays in lengths of roads within Oldfield Park / Westmoreland, Bath.
5.
Introduce 3 Hour Limited Waiting parking bays in lengths of roads within Oldfield Park / Westmoreland, Bath.
6.
Introduce dual use Permit Holder and 2 Hour Limited Waiting parking bays in lengths of roads within Oldfield Park / Westmoreland, Bath.
7.
Introduce School Keep Clear markings in lengths of roads within Oldfield Park / Westmoreland, Bath.
8.
Introduce Permit Holder Only parking bays in lengths of roads within Oldfield Park / Westmoreland, Bath.
The order will come into operation on 31st July 2023. Full details of the proposal together with a map and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for making the order may be inspected at the One Stop Shops at Manvers Street, Bath, The Hollies, High Street, Midsomer Norton and at the Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham during normal office hours. Any person who desires to question the validity of, or any provision contained in the order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any of the relevant requirements of that Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, may within six weeks after the date on which the order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose. |
