APPROVAL OF PREMISES AS VENUE FOR MARRIAGES UNDER SECTION 26(1)(bb) OF THE MARRIAGE ACT 1949 AND CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS  UNDER SECTION 6(3A)(a) OF THE CIVIL PARTNERSHIP ACT 2004 


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Section 4(1) of the Regulations that an application has been received for the following premises to be licensed for the solemnisation of Marriages and Civil Partnerships

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Upper Church Street, City Centre, Bath from its junction with Julian Road extending south to its junction with Rivers Street. Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Wallace Lane, East Harptree from its junction with Smitham’s Hill extending east to a point outside Wallace Cottage.
