Council Tax Temporary System Unavailability
Please be advised that our Council Tax systems will be unavailable between 3.30pm and 5.00pm on Monday 15 June. This is due to unavoidable essential systems maintenance.
During this time, our phone lines will remain open; however, we will be unable to access customer records, make updates, or provide detailed account information. Your online account will also be unavailable for this period.
Normal service will resume from 8.30am on Tuesday 16 June.

Council Tax Band Reviews
We are aware of third-party companies contacting residents and offering to review their Council Tax band. These companies are not affiliated with Bath & North East Somerset Council or the Valuation Office Agency (VOA).
While such companies may charge a fee or take a percentage of any band reduction refund received, you can request a review of your Council Tax band directly with the VOA free of charge, and retain any refund in full.
