The following policy has been produced by the National Trading Standards Estate and Letting Agency Team to assist enforcement authorities in implementing the Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent) Act 2022 to their portfolio of activity. Re-naming of a Street in Batheaston Order (No. 1) 2024

Bath & North East Somerset Council is the Street Naming Authority for the Parish of Batheaston.

The Council has given public notice on site in accordance with Section 18 Public Health Act 1925 of its intention to re-name the street currently named Victory Close.

No objections were deposited at Bath Magistrates' Court in response to the site notice within the prescribed time.

The Council therefore declares that the street formerly named Victory Close, and marked on the attached plan, is now named: Solsbury Place
