As a regulator we are required to publish guidance on our use of the fines, notices and other penalties contained in the Regulations.

Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer (address below), between 9am and 4pm on any working day from the date of publication of this notice but no later than 4pm on Friday 6 June 2025.

NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council has made an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in South East Outer Bath Area:-

 

Tucking Mill Lane, Midford, Bath

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Tucking Mill Lane, Midford, Bath from its junction with B3110 extending north east to a point outside the access road to Tucking Mill Reservoir. Nightingale Way, Westfield

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Nightingale Way, Westfield from a point outside 78 Nightingale Way extending east to a point outside 86 Nightingale Way. Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Bathwick Hill, Bathwick from a point outside Combe Royal Lodge extending south to a point at the side of Osborne House on Oakley, Claverton Down, Bath. Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Chapel Row, City Centre, Bath from its junction with Queen Square extending south to its junction with St Paul’s Place/Monmouth Street.
