NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to make an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in the North West Outer Area, Bath:-

1.     

Introduce No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Sion Road, Brassmill Lane, Station Road, Napier Road, Lansdown Lane, Brookfield Park, Rosslyn Road, Audley Grove, Podgers Close, Purlewent Drive, Lucklands Road, Bath.

2.     

Introduce 2 Hour Limited Waiting, operating Mon – Sat, 8am – 6pm in lengths of High Street, Weston, Bath.

3.     

Removal of X2 Disabled Parking bays in lengths of High Street, Weston, Bath.

4.     

Removal of X1 Disabled Parking bay in lengths of Foxcombe Road, Newbridge, Bath.

5.     

Introduce x1 parking space of Zone 24 Permit Holder Only parking in lengths of Foxcombe Road, Newbridge, Bath.

6.     

Remove a section of existing No Parking Between Mon – Sat, 8am – 4pm restriction in lengths of Newbridge Road, Bath.

7.     

Remove a section of existing No Parking At Any Time restrictions in lengths of Sion Road, Lucklands Road and Avondale Road, Bath.
