NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council has made an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in Central Bath:-
1.
Introduce No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Upper Borough Walls, Westgate Street, Cheap Street, York Street,
2.
Introduce Central Zone Permit Holder Only bay on Broad Street and Henry Street, Bath
3.
Introduce No Parking / No Loading At Any Time in lengths of Cheap Street.
4.
Introduce Loading Only in lengths of York Street and Westgate Buildings, Bath.
5.
Introduce a Blue Badge Holders Only bay in lengths of Westgate Buildings and Orange Grove, Bath
6.
Introduce a Taxi Bay in lengths of Westgate Buildings, Bath.
7.
Introduce a dual use Loading only between 7pm – 10am and Coach Parking from 10am – 7pm bay in lengths of Terrace Walk, Bath.

The order will come into operation on 1st January 2022. Any person who desires to question the validity of, or any provision contained in the order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any of the relevant requirements of that Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, may within six weeks after the date on which the order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose. |
