NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to make an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in the South West Outer Area, North West Outer Area, and Central Area, Bath:-

 

1.     

Introduce No Parking At Any Time in lengths of Upper Bristol Road and Nile Street, Bath

2.     

Introduce No Loading 8am – 9am and 4.30pm – 6pm Monday to Friday, in lengths of Upper Bristol Road, Bath.

3.     

Introduce a 30 min Loading Bay, No Return within 1 hour in lengths of Upper Bristol Road, Bath.

4.     

Introduce 30 min Limited Waiting, 8am – 6pm daily in lengths of Upper Bristol Road, Bath.

5.     

Introduce 30 min Limited Waiting, 8am – 11pm daily in lengths of Upper Bristol Road, Bath.

6.     

Introduce Zone 12 Permit Holder / 3 Hour Limited Waiting, 8am – 6pm daily in lengths of Park Lane, Bath.

7.     

Introduce Zone 6 Permit Holder Only, 8am – 6pm in lengths of Nile Street, Nelson Place West, Great Stanhope Street, Norfolk Crescent, James Street West, Midland Road, Marlborough Lane, and Royal Avenue, Bath.
