The Radstock Neighbourhood Plan has been prepared by Radstock Town Council and submitted to Bath & North East Somerset Council under Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
The plan will progress to Regulation 16 consultation in due course.
The neighbourhood plan sets out a locally led framework to guide future development and land use in Radstock. It addresses a range of issues including the town centre, housing, transport, the natural and historic environment, and community infrastructure.

Consultation dates are currently being confirmed.
The Regulation 16 consultation will run for a minimum six-week period and will provide an opportunity for representations to be made on the submitted plan ahead of independent examination.
