Use this page to learn about Bath Community Conversations and the Connecting Communities Programme.
Bath Community Conversations are part of the Connecting Communities programme, which also includes Area Forums. We can develop a shared understanding and deal with many challenges together by talking through the topics that matter most to local people and working collaboratively.
Bath Community Conversations are an opportunity for residents to speak with the Council about topics that matter most to them.
We are working with our partners from the Community Wellbeing Hub; Police and Fire Services; as well as our biggest social housing provider, Curo. They will be present at some of the sessions.
Our aim
Our aim is to hold a Community Conversation in each of the 15 Wards in Bath during the year. These will largely be drop-in sessions in community venues where activities regularly take place. Details will be promoted below and by press release.
