NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council has made an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following variations to restrictions in the Bear Flat, Bath Area:-

NOTICE is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council has made an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, the effect of which will be that it is prohibited to drive a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 20 miles in lengths of the A367 Wellsway and to introduce a bus lane operating between 07:00 and 10:00 Monday – Friday on Bloomfield Road and A367 Wellsway.

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of The Shallows, Saltford from a point outside the property known as Newend extending south for approximately 30 metres. Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Broadmoor Lane, Upper Weston, Bath from a point outside Weston All Saints C of E Primary School extending south east for approximately 65 metres to a point outside 13a Broadmoor Lane. Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a road closure in that length of Pilgrims Way, Chew Stoke from its junction with Scot Lane extending east to its junction with Blind Lane.
