NOTICE is given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council proposes to make an order under provisions contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will introduce the following restrictions in New Sydney Place, Sydney Road, Bathwick, Bath;
- Prohibit any vehicle other than an Authorised Vehicle to enter the length of the road specified in Schedule 1 to this Order;
- Prohibit any vehicle to park and/or wait in the roads specified in Schedule 2 to this Order;
Full details of the proposals, together with a map and a Statement of the Council’s Reasons for proposing to make the order, may be inspected at the One Stop Shops at Manvers Street, Bath, The Hollies, High Street, Midsomer Norton and at the Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham during normal office hours or may be requested, free of charge, by contacting by email council_connect@bathnes.gov.uk or by calling 01225 394025. Sydney Road, Bathwick From a point 5 metres north east of its junction with Sydney Mews and Sydney Place (known as New Sydney Place) on the southern side, extending across the highway from south to north for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction.
From its junction with Sydney Mews and Sydney Place (known as New Sydney Place) on the southern side, extending across the highway from south to north for a distance of 30 metres in a north westerly direction.
