Join Federico and his passionate team at The Pasta Laboratory for a hands-on cooking class that brings the magic of Italian cuisine to life. Over a few relaxed and sociable hours, you’ll master the skills to make fresh pasta from scratch - no shortcuts, just authentic Italian know-how.
You’ll start by mixing and kneading your own pasta dough, learning the secrets to perfect texture and elasticity. Working in pairs (each using a traditional pasta machine), you’ll create three classic pasta shapes - Tagliatelle, Tagliolini, and filled Tortelli. Federico will guide you step-by-step, sharing his family tips and stories from the heart of Italy.
Once your creations are ready, you’ll sit down in the kitchen to enjoy the fruits of your labour, paired with freshly-made sauces. Prefer to save your feast for later? You can package up your dishes and take them home to enjoy in your own kitchen — the perfect reminder of your culinary adventure.
After the class, the bar stays open until 10pm, so you can linger over a glass of wine or two and soak up the atmosphere.
