(TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF PARKING) ORDER 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Bath and North East Somerset Council in pursuance of the provisions of section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order to the effect of which will be to temporary suspend the use of the pay and display/resident permit parking bays in the length of Chapel Row, Bath on its south side from the point outside property number 4 extending to property number 8.

This order is required for social distancing measures amidst the Covid-19 pandemic with local businesses commencing. This Order will be operative from the 28^th January 2021 for a maximum period of 12 months. However, the restrictions may not be effected for the whole of the period but it is anticipated that the road will be restricted as and when traffic signs and markings are in position and only for so long as is necessary which it is anticipated will be for 12 months.
