(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING, WAITING AND LOADING) ORDER 2020

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order to the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit parking, waiting and loading of vehicles on the east side of the carriageway of Lansdown Lane, Bath from lamppost column no.4 (outside no. 20, Lansdown Lane), to outside no. 26 Broadmoor Park, between the hours of 8:30-9:30am and 2:45-3:45pm – Monday-Friday.

This order is required to prevent parking on the road and footway because of the likelihood of danger to the public at school drop off and pick up times, from Wednesday 7^th October for a maximum period of 18 months. The road will only be restricted during the advertised times, when signs and no waiting cones are in position and may not be effected for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. This is anticipated to be for 18 months.
