Stanton Drew Neighbourhood Plan – Regulation 16 Consultation
The Draft Stanton Drew Neighbourhood Plan has been submitted to Bath & North East Somerset Council by Stanton Drew Parish Council.
A draft plan was prepared in March 2018, and at this stage the Parish Council undertook a pre-submission consultation on an earlier draft with the Local Community and Stakeholders. Following the submission a period of formal consultation weeks is required to be carried out by the Local Planning Authority before the draft Plan can be submitted to an Independent Examiner. Due to the Christmas period the consultation has been extended from 6 to 9 weeks.
The consultation will commence on 22nd November 2019 and responses must be received no later than 5pm on Friday, 24th January 2020. Please be aware that all representations will be publicly available.
If successful at both examination and referendum, the Neighbourhood Plan will be used to determine planning applications in the parish of Stanton Drew.
