4. West of England Joint Spatial Plan consultation

The Draft West of England Joint Spatial Plan is now at ‘examination stage’. Following an initial review, independent Inspectors leading the examination requested that additional work be carried out and made public.  This included updates to the Sustainability Appraisal, Habitats Regulation Assessment, information on transport, viability, employment, strategic development locations, the Duty to Cooperate and some wording changes

Consultation on the JSP updates was held parallel with the B&NES Local Plan Options consultation and closed on 7th January 2019.  Please note these were two separate consultations.
